They seem to have the environmental toxic free products and satisfy the pest problem and it seems to last the year. Highly recommend this business would not consider another pest business. Real Estate Property Manager. Prior to the introduction I had used other companies who did not offer the same professional service I attained from these guys. No job was too small or too big and they were always contactable and were able to attend to the job quickly. The quality of their service and the work performed is second to none. I have used the company for my own family needs as well and I will never again use another company for my pest control needs.

Chemical Treatments For Termites

Repellent Chemicals

Repellent chemicals provide good defense against termites because they are easily detected and strongly avoided by them. Unfortunately however, if there’s a break in the chemical, either from a lack of access to all areas, or if a treated area is later compromised, termites may identify these gaps and gain entry.

Bifenthrin is the commonly used chemical repellent, having a residual life span of as much as five years.

Non Repelling Chemicals

Termites don’t identify these repellents. Consequently, they do not avoid the treated places, and as a result die after they have contact with them. Additionally, individual termites can pass these chemicals on to other colony members, creating a compounding effect.

Because termites are not able to detect these non repellents, they find no difference between areas that are treated and those which are not, so there is likely to be reduced ingress through gaps.

The most frequently used non-repellent is Fipronil, which has a residual life of up to 8 years.

Great company, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and awesome results. Called Andrew and let him know what we were seeing. Andrew was wonderful, helped me determine what type of creepy crawlers we had in our home and was able to get someone out really quick. Adam came out to treat our apartment for cockroaches and from start to finish I was super impressed. Adam was friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me some insight and tips to help with our problem. They are a reliable and effective company who I won't hesitate to call again! Highly recommend.

Baiting Systems For Termites

An Above Ground System is commonly used to eliminate termites from your residence, by locating bait stations directly on termite paths to encourage the white ants to feed on the bait as opposed to the structure. Also, when these termites return to the colony, they transfer the bait to other colony members, creating a flow on effect.

In this way, the entire termite nest will be eliminated, even though you don’t know the actual location of the nest. The bait stations continue to be monitored and assessed, so that they can be added, rebaited and/or moved in response to the observed results.

In Ground Systems are utilised in a similar manner, however they are often placed around properties where there is currently no obvious activity, to assist in early detection of termites. These systems are particularly helpful when the design of a swelling makes it hard to create adequate perimeter barriers, as it is then possible to identify and intercept white ants before they breach the perimeter.

Baiting System Benefits

  • Adaptable protection against termites
  • Impervious to weather conditions
  • Safe for all the family including pets
  • Ecologically friendly

I had Benjamin come to our place on Monday because I was worried we had a spider problem. He identified a major funnel web spider situation. Benjamin was so thorough and considerate because I was very scared having three small children. He went above and beyond to make sure he spent as much time as needed to treat every single spider hole in our yard. He has arranged to come back in 2 weeks time just to make sure we are all safe for the Christmas period. So grateful for all his help. Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with the services provided, we had a very knowledgeable technician Sean came to attend to the possum issue in our townhouse, Sean found the openings where the possums came in on the roof right away and patched them up. When the previous pest control company failed to do. But being a two level building with a separated garage roof, it was very difficult to trap the possums still inside, but Andrew the boss and Sean kept trying and finally got the problem all solved. Friendly to talk to and easy to work with so Highly recommended.
